Training & Development of Friesian Horses

We specialise in purchasing young horses, primarily from breeders, and developing them into versatile and well-rounded sport and leisure horses.

Our training focuses on giving each horse a broad range of experience, both under saddle and in harness. We believe that a well-trained horse should be confident, adaptable and comfortable in a variety of environments and situations.

Throughout their training, our horses are exposed to a wide range of experiences, including rides through forests and along the beach, exposure to traffic, obstacle courses, water crossings and various forms of desensitisation and confidence-building exercises. This helps them develop into calm, reliable and confident horses that can handle new situations with ease.

In addition to their general training, some of our horses are also actively competed, allowing them to gain further experience in different disciplines.

Our goal is to offer fully trained, versatile horses with a solid foundation and plenty of real-world experience. This means our customers can purchase a horse that is not only well-trained, but also accustomed to a wide variety of environments and challenges, a horse that is ready to become a reliable partner for sport or leisure.
